Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund Policy - All sales are final. In the event the performance is canceled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund for the canceled performance or have the option of having their tickets transferred to the rescheduled date if the the rescheduled date is within 365 days of the originally scheduled date. If the new date is more than 365 days from the originally scheduled performance, transferred tickets will be eligible for a full refund at the request of the patron. Please allow 3-5 business days for the full refund.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Kennedale Wildcat Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
